Data recommendations

set up an automation that pulls exceptions from the datalake using a particular criteria send those exceptions to an manager for that account that the exception is on, have them check off what locations they want to recommend, and then populate a word template with those checked off locations and send that report back to the account manager to have to send to the customer.
