Build Outlook Contact Group from Active Directory Hierarchy

I want a powershell based application by which you can input an AD resource ID and it creates an outlook contact group of all the direct and indirect employees of that person. There needs to be an option by which you can include or exclude contractors. I can provide the basic logic to exclude contractors and other accounts we don't want included.
