Batched Replace Text, Save Image, Send on WhatsApp

1. I have an excel tab with columns $Record_ID $First_Name $ Last_Name $Mobile_No $Unit_Rate $Month_Name $Total_Units $Total_Savings.
2. I have another file which is a PowerPoint 1 slider that has a background image with the text placeholders overlayed on it.
3. Automated tasks we need to achieve are as below:
a. For every row entry in excel, replace the placeholder texts in the PowerPoint slide.
b. Generate a new jpeg file with "PPT background image + new text from excel row".
c. Save this image as $Mobile_Number_$Month.jpeg in a folder.
d. Send the corresponding saved image to $Mobile_Number over WhatsApp.
e. Repeat this task until every excel row is processed.
