Automate certificate renewal process on sql server

We use certificate to configure TLS 1.2. The certificate is renewed every year and it’s handled by AD. I want the automation Poweshell script to run and find the renewed cert— apply it to sql server configuration manager and store the information to the database( thumbprint info of the server)
