M&A teaser

Hello,
This are the guidelines for the assignment I need to do. I would need 4 slides + cover and back page, the deadline is on Thursday next week.
For the assignment, picture yourself working at the M&A Group of an Investment Bank (the “IB”) that is providing
sell side advisory services to the shareholders (the “Client”) of a large corporation (the “Target”), with the objective
of completing its disposal. Your Managing Director asks you to prepare a Teaser of the Target with the objective of launching the sale process: the target company is Vivendi SE.
You will need to prepare the Teaser to be submitted for the approval of the Client. The Teaser should cover at least
the following topics and should have no more than 4 pages (excluding the front/back cover):
▪ Transaction overview: explain what is on sale, who is selling, the percentage of the asset/company being sold and, if applicable, the transaction perimeter
▪ Company Overview: brief introduction to the company, its industry, the markets where it operates, products/services its sell. The name of the target it's often not disclosed
▪ Key investment highlights -> main positive characteristics of the company that makes it a good opportunity to be bought
▪ Key financials: ex revenue, ebitda, net income, financial leverage.
▪ Growth potential: company growth potential and future opportunities of expansion
▪ Contact information
▪ The company teaser should be brief and to the point. It should provide enough information to generate interest in the company, but not so much that potential buyers are discouraged from pursuing the acquisition further.
You have discretion to define the context, perimeter and structure of the transaction provided that overall coherence
and consistency is maintained.
Please keep in mind that the Teaser is a marketing document designed to sell the Target effectively. As such, it
should be a carefully crafted and well-prepared document.
I encourage you to take the time to thoroughly study and analyze the Target you have been assigned.
