ppt commercial presentation

I am looking for a freelancer to create an editable PowerPoint presentation about my Theatre for an investor pitch. The presentation should consist of 10-20 slides and will require content creation. I need a modern and informal theme, using brand colors and logo references for elements.

The necessary topics i need to include in must be:
- cover
- Company Presentation
- Theatre presentation
- Team presentation
- Map and geo details (address: Via Tortona 7, 00183 - Roma, Italy) - Close to Metropolitan Stop
- Technical informations (different space sizes, parking, foyer, bar, stage, sits, technical fornitures as lights, sound etc)
- Important datas and numbers (number of past shows, people engaged, etc)
- Type of actual shows (Musical, Theatre, Comedy, etc) with a space for picture
- What's new: a bullet point with the new ideas to develop (concerts, private dinners, corporate meetings, markets, book presentations, stand-up comedy, temporary bar, etc)
- partnership proposals (a couple of slides with our commercial proposals for sponsors)
- a slide with some pictures
- contatcs
- closing

The presentation will be in Italian but i don't need texts inside, just indications about the topics i will write inside the single slides.
