I need a presentation specialist

I wish to develop the file attached into a professional presentation. The file uses both PPT slides and proposed video clips and should run for around 10 to 12 mins. I am unsure as to what software may best achieve this objective. Whilst I am capable of developing a PPT presentation I am unclear as to how merge the video clips into the presentation seamlessly. I also need advice as to maximising the effectiveness of the slide component and am seeking some indication
