I need a powerpoint designer

I have a powerpoint, the powerpoint is based on a case study using the character of Mr. Monopoly from the board game. I want the Powerpoint to reflect that with the Mr. Monopoly theme running through the slides. I also have to use the PechaKucha format of presentation and therefore think the slides need amending to reflect that. Slide 4 the different coloured points should be designed to look like post it notes. For slide 5 I would ideally have the flag of each country behind the points for that country in a textbox but with still the Monopoly theme in the background behind that across the whole slide.
