I need a PowerPoint presentation designer

I need a PowerPoint presentation created for me immediately. It will be around 20 slides. I want it to look dynamic. I also want to use some photos and video clips. I started trying to do this on my own, but I don't know what I am doing and am starting to feel a little desperate. I will need this by early next week. I am working on a MacBook and I have the Microsoft PPT app.
