I need a PowerPoint designer

I typically make my own PowerPoint slides, but I have an upcoming 25-minute presentation on March 22 that requires design skills that I do not have (e.g. snipping information from the web, marking it up and including it in the slides). I would like a consistent design for all of the slides. I have included the slideshow in draft form, which includes slides pulled from other presentations so it currently lacks consistency, but it shows what I am looking for.
