I need a Power Point template for my organization

We are an association with many members that do their own power points. And we have "a design." But, we need a true template, where members can choose from one of many layouts to create slides to present at our conferences, on webinars, and do internal reporting. No animation or fancy graphics are needed. Just the bare bones multitude of layouts to choose from with consistent formatting. We can provide brand colors, fonts, etc.
