build a project management automated report
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
I'm in the middle of creating an automated project management dashboard where there is a master plan with the key update, completed actions, next step, key issues, and key risks. and I'm looking to the folwoing
1- Change the master timeline to be automated Gant chart with the same looking, the attached ppt'
A- if I need to change the color or status i change the complete % from Gant chart)
B- there is a milestone in the Gant chart above the tracker for each activity (as the attached PPT) where I can add extra milestones in the tracker
2- if there is a completed milestone will appear in the completed actions slide
3- at-risk milestones appear in the risk register as well as the issue
4- overall project progress can be automated ( weighting each milestone multiplied by the completed percentage) Sent from my iPhone
