Weekly PowerPoint creator for worship services

I'll looking at what the cost would be for someone to create a PowerPoint each week with a specific content for a church worship service. This includes words for music, words for responsive reading, music notes for some parts l, and if possible, inserting music files already collected. I'm also planning on letting the worker use the PowerPoints I created over the last year.
