Visio/PowerPoint Animation for Data Representation ( 1 to 2 slides, Urgent, Tips & Nice Feedback )

I want to reflect how data moves through our Visio Diagram and stops at an Object and displays a text pop-up explanation for a short period of time before proceeding.
A continuous loop and we also want the ability to stop and pause the animation on an object and display the text popup until a mouse click starts the animation again.
In the attachment there is a numbered list of each step in the diagram. Have the contents of a small Text Box that I want to pop-up for each step.
Animate this Visio Diagram by adding these Red Numbered pop-ups and then add the Text we supplied you in a popup text box so I can explain the pop-up to my users.
Since you are depicting the flow of Data throughout this diagram, can your animation be something that show this data flow like traffic or the flow of water between each Object….then the Red Dot pops up and then the text bow with the description of that object?
