Co. Value & Leaders

I need a PowerPoint presentation designer. This project is just two slides. A version of both slides already exists. Slide 1 requires the dark area to remain dark - perhaps a dark blue colour. But instead of a sharp borderline change to the lighter colours - above and below the dark area - I would like it to gradually become lighter so that it fades to a very light blue in the top left corner and the bottom right corner. There will also be some minor text changes which are listed below. ( 1) Change title "Company Valuation" to "Valuation by Multiple". (2) The lower area to be labelled "LOW VALUATION". (3) The small font text at the bottom to be removed and replaced with the horizontal axes label "SUSTAINABLE PROFIT (EBITDA).

Slide 2 - "Leaders" is already done. It just needs to be converted from PDF to PPT.
