Template Design Powerpoint

I am looking for a freelancer who can design a creative PowerPoint template for my business presentation. The ideal candidate should have experience in creating visually appealing and unique templates.
I have a current template which I dont like, need to alter and design new template:
Total 3 templates required, for Melbourne, Brisbane & Perth
1) First I am attaching the original template name Melbourne info, Brisbane info & Perth Info.
2) Next I am attaching snippets of what I want taken out from these templates. it starts with take out /increase, etc.
3) Then I am attaching the floorplans respective to each city to go on the body of the templates.
4) Then I am attaching the background images to go in these templates
5) Then I am attaching a old powerpoint template was designed by another designer just as a reference point
6) All Colours need to be dark charcoal and orange (attaching a colour sample of a booth to match)


Requirements:
