Strategic consultant interview presentation
Budget: £20 – £250 GBP
Presentation
Please prepare to present on the following topic (with a maximum of 10 slides):
Driving Value Partnerships business through digital and consulting value-added services in Great
Britain and Ireland
Background
XYZ Healthineers traditional business is in the imaging and lab diagnostics with strong
relationships in the departments of radiology, laboratory, radiation oncology as well as
intervention.
With the Enterprise Services business unit, we are enabling healthcare providers in long-term
partnerships to transform care delivery offering capabilities in technology management,
consulting, designing and planning facilities, digital platforms, managing operations and
making best practices available globally.
Value Partnerships usually include a large technology management element of imaging
equipment and services within a Managed-Equipment-Service-type agreement, a set of
value-add services (including consulting), a jointly developed improvement program and
goals for the partnership, and dedicated engagement management. Each Value Partnership
is specifically designed to the customer’s need.
Value Partnerships are sold at C-level. For many potential Value Partnership customers, the
alternative is not to go with a competitor, but rather to buy equipment & service and value-
add services transactional without committing to a long-term partnership.
A customer in the Greater Manchester Area is now looking to build up at least 1 Community
Diagnostic Center (CDC). Where shall they open the CDC (in which town / area)? Which
technology, digital and consulting solutions would you offer? A long-term contract award will
be considered of 10 years.
Your presentation should cover the following topics
1. Technology, digital and consulting solutions or value-added services catering to the
customer demand (opening new CDC). Please give a rationale for your selection.
2. A recommendation of the location of the planned CDC
3. A project plan and potential open questions for the customer that you would like to
address during the meeting
