Strategic Plan Infographics and PowerPoint Deck

I have a PowerPoint deck that I would like developed. It is private work (for me) based on a publicly available business plan. I currently have the content handwritten, but it is based on the publicly available Stategic Plan in glossy PDF - so the content is handwritten reflecting the PDF Strategic Plan. I would like to use the themes in the Strategic Plan as the colour scheme for the PPT deck. I would like the freelancer to invest up to 2 hours now on the first slides - there is more to come, and the additional slides will be more technical (but less graphic intense) and financially based. I would also like a consultant-style 2 column template slide (for content such as a graph or diagram and analysis of the graph) as part of the slide master that goes with the presentation. I would also like to impress with some morph transitions!

I will release the publicly available Stategic Plan and the handwritten slides that I would like converted into PPT once I have the freelancer. Also, would prefer infographics/diagrams to be in Visio and/or PPT format as these are the applications that I use.
