Slide presentation for city updates

I am looking to create a PowerPoint presentation for educational purposes, to inform stakeholders of important city updates based off our annual report and Chamber of Commerce updates. The presentation should include at least 10-20 slides with relevant images and data-driven visuals. I need someone who is an expert with PowerPoint to create a visually appealing and informative slide deck. The presentation should not only convey our city's message accurately, but also engage the stakeholders.
