Slide creation for already made writing scripts

I'm looking for a freelancer to create presentation slides for writing scripts that I already have. Specifically, I need these slides created in PowerPoint and designed - not just the text. No accompanying audio narration is needed so the presentation can be visual only. The project will involve taking each script and translating it into an engaging presentation, which may require boardroom standard graphic design. I'm looking for someone with excellent PowerPoint and graphic design skills to achieve this.
