Requirement of a person who is capable of teaching, editing and powerpoint presentation

I have decided to make a YouTube channel to teach the students of class 9 Maths in an interesting way. For this I require a teacher who can teach class 9-10 CBSE maths in an interesting way using graphics, editing and powerpoint presentation.
Moreover, the amount set will not be given directly. First demo would be taken! Also, this project will be under percentage scheme. I offer you 15% of the total earnings(only once recieved from YouTube) if reached there.
