Remaking a D&I corporate presentation

I need a freelancer to help me remake my corporate presentation. The current format of the presentation is slides. I am open to suggestions when it comes to design and content, and the main goal of the presentation is to showcase the company's commitment to diversity and inclusion (D&I). The freelancer should be able to create an engaging, comprehensive presentation that effectively conveys what my draft already has.

Essentially, Draft is there - remake it for me pls? I need it in under 4 hours.
