Redesign and update my powerpoints

I have 1000s of old slides in PowerPoint I want updated and brought into a new template. Looking to work with a freelancer who can sensibly price this project and then work through the content in chunks of 300
The powerpoint are to be loaded in to Udemy so may then need to be converted in 45 second videos if interested. If you can work with another freelancer who can upload to Udemy then that makes it easier for me rather than find another freelancer.
