Real Estate Focused - Course Creator

Typically our courses consist of a well researched PPT (20 - 70 slides, depending on topic). A handout for participants and a guide for our facilitators (Derived from the notes section of the PPT). Looking for a course writer that can research any given topic, build out a PPT with a robust notes section for those delivering the content, and design a handout for participants. A sample PPT/handout/facilitators guide is attached. This would provide reoccurring work for the right freelancer.
