Professionalize 3 PowerPoint Slides

I have 3 slides from a PowerPoint that need to be modified to look more professional for a business presentation.

Key Requirements:
- Improve the graphics and charts on the slides
- Enhance the text formatting and fonts
- Revise the layouts and templates to fit a corporate and sleek style
These are the requested changes:
Slide 2:

1. I dont want an image with the white background like that, the center should say Center of Enablement
2. The 6 components should be part of the background color. Modify the color of some components if there is little color contrast
3. The text explanation should be closer then to each component


Slide 3:

4. I dont want to have that diagram in a picture with a white background. I would like it to also melt with the background color
5. You can create your own diagram if necessary, keeping the same text for each one of the 5 phases. Just make it look like part of the slide

Slide 7:

6. Create good looking concentric circles like
7. In the center you should reflect the six components from slide 1
8. The roles depicted there should be the ones from slide 4. Please add visual icons to make clear they are roles
9. The red names (SAP, TMS, Workday, etc) should have iclons indicating they are development teams
