Professional PowerPoint Template Creation

I'm seeking an experienced designer to create a professional PowerPoint templates for use in corporate presentations and Reports.
This is not a typical, standard design request - you need to be capable of creating more than 10 different slide layouts to cover various presentation scenarios. I am still considering the main color theme, so please provide a few color combinations you think would be suitable.
Key requirements:
- Knowledge in modern corporate design
- At least 3 years of design experience, particularly in PowerPoint
- Ability to suggest attractive color combinations

- Estimated time to complete the project
