Professional Design of Powerpoint Presentation

I am looking for somebody to create a professional powerpoint presentation using the attached documents. They are a work in progress and are not completed.

I would like to work on one page at a time as the presentation evolves. Please bid assuming 8-10 pages of powerpoint.
