Profession Learning Package for the UK learning framework (EYFS)

I am looking for a freelancer who can create a Professional Learning Package for the UK learning framework (EYFS). The target age group for the learning package is a mixed age group. Therefore, I need someone who can create content that caters to children of different ages.
I prefer an interactive PowerPoint with scripts as the learning material. The main focus area of the learning package is all aspects of learning, including language and literacy, mathematics, personal, social, and emotional development. Therefore, the ideal freelancer should have experience in creating interactive and engaging content that covers various aspects of learning.
Some of the skills and experience I am looking for in a freelancer include:
