Our Company is raising funds to execute a real estate project near Gurgaon.
The real estate project is about setting up a gated private colony amidst natural greens away from the urbanised areas of the city. This will be done after buying agricultural land and developing a colony on the land and finally selling plots to individual buyers under the affordable housing scheme of Haryana Govt.
We need to get a presentation made for raising funds for this project. Ppt will be pitched to investors in which the complete idea will be delivered to the investor. The candidate should be motivated and capable of brain storming on the blue print of the ppt with us.
Slides will include Govt. scheme, policy regulations, other similar projects, other details of project including costing, development of utilities, payback time for investors, ROI etc.
Preference will be given to candidates who can
* Share their past work.
* Are based in Delhi/Ggn and can visit our office couple of times to brainstorm on the ppt if finalised.
