Presentation Or a Slide

I need a single page slide which follows a script , and when I click something effect should taken placed depending upon the script
for example
suppose in a particular slide we have 4 points (text) when I click on 1st point should be highlighted and all other points blur on second click 2nd point highlighted and on each click follow a script
