Powerpoint presentation for referral program

I'm looking for someone to help me with creating a Powerpoint presentation for a referral program. The main purpose of the presentation is to increase sales. It will be directed to potential referrers, so the focus should be on why they should become a part of this program and what rewards they can receive from it. The presentation should have 10-15 slides that effectively convey the message.
The presentation should be comprehensive, organized, and visually appealing. I'm also expecting the designer to incorporate relevant images and data into the slides to provide the audience with a comprehensive overview of the referral program. Finally, I want the presentation to be in line with my brand's values and style.
