Powerpoint Template

I need someone to make a powerpoint template page for me this weekend. I will provide the data and I need multiple boxes that list a person's name as a title. Below a box that has VAT, second says Proctored, third Converted, and fourth that says sales, another that is set up for a graphic I insert called trend. This may be one or two slides depending on the ability to fit the information. This needs to be something I can type information in and also just drop the data and graphics into. I can draw what I am looking for if someone is able to work on this Friday, Saturday, or Sunday of this weekend.
