Powerpoint Optimizations

I have two Google Slides presentations that I have already completed the content for. I would like them to be converted into PDF's with an added workbook sheet I have completed in canva that a student can write in electronically.
I would also like the PDF's to be optimized and look more professional.
I have an example of a workbook template attached below.
My budget for both of these powerpoints with the added workbook template that the student can type directly into is $60.
I expect this project to take 3 hours.
