Powerpoint Design merging

I search someone who can merge my powerpoint into a pre determined template (see example below). For 7 EUR/ hour. I would provide the template and it is then a simple copy pasting of the content into the new design. for each presentation it takes me about 30 min but with learning I would budget about 1 hr. Important is a fast turnaround.
We would start with two powerpoint presentations and then see how it goes. If it works well we could continue on a more regular basis.
