Powerpoint Conversion and Finessing of presentation

I work for a charity I have put together a proposal, detailing my plans for the next couple of years with one of our corporate partners. I will provide all of the content, logos, etc.
What I need is someone who can put my document converted to "Timeline" format within PowerPoint, and for it to be made to look very professional, with imagery, etc. I need this done by Monday, which is why I am reaching out for some assistance. I have attached a rough draft of it in a PDF Document, which I will add some more content to, before forwarding. Please let me know if you can help and what the cost would be. Many thanks, Lisa
