PowerPoint slide and project closure report

I am looking for a freelancer to create a PowerPoint slide for user adoption and training plan and project closure report for me. The project is something we have completed in regards to CRM ( MSDynamics) implementation to change from a legacy system.the template for the PowerPoint and project closure report would be given which needs nothing but a professional touch and expertise for wording it out.

The requisite project documents would be provided ( as is summary, to be summary, project evaluation document, RAID log, RACI matrix, transformation plan etc,
