PowerPoint Presentation Upgrade Open

I have a PowerPoint presentations that I am looking to make more professional by adding in slide timing for motion and redo some of the graphics that are not amazing looking. Basically I want it to look like a more expensive version of what I already have. Also since I will be distributing this to other agents I would like a version that is not editable if that is possible.

I have attached a copy of what our current PowerPoint looks like, the color theme I want to keep since it matches my other digital artwork, but it needs more movement to keep the viewers attention and I will take any feedback you have that can make it more professional.
