PowerPoint Presentation Specialist Needed

I'm currently in need of an experienced PowerPoint presentation designer to help me significantly enhance the aesthetic appeal of 16 slides in my existing presentation. Given the nature of the project, the successful application should:
- Be able to demonstrate exceptional skills in designing and formatting slides, creating animations or any other functionalities that can improve the quality and delivery of the presentation.
- Show a strong track record of creating compelling PowerPoint presentations in the past, whether for information delivery, persuasion, or training purposes.
