PowerPoint Formatting + Template Polish
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
I’m looking for a PowerPoint specialist to help me polish and standardize a slide deck for a Data Governance Target Operating Model (TOM).
I already have most of the content and the storyline. In most cases, I can place the content on the slides myself. I need someone who can take my draft slides and make them client-ready by applying a consistent template, formatting, and visual style.
Scope of work:
• Apply a consistent deck theme (colors, fonts, layouts, icons, spacing)
• Standardize slide layouts using Slide Master / templates
• Improve visual structure: alignment, spacing, hierarchy, consistency
• Convert rough slides into clean, consulting-style slides (without changing meaning)
• Add simple visuals where needed (process arrows, boxes, tables, swimlanes, org charts)
• Light animations/transitions only where appropriate (optional)
What I will provide:
• Existing PPT deck (draft version)
• Color scheme / brand style guidance (or reference deck to follow)
• Clear content and instructions per slide
Deliverables:
• Updated PPTX with consistent formatting + template applied
• Fully editable slides (no flattened images unless required)
Skills required:
• Advanced PowerPoint (Slide Master, templates, layout design)
• Strong eye for clean professional design (consulting-style decks)
• Good at working with structured content (TOM models, governance, org model slides)
Timeline / workload:
• Estimated: ~50 slides (can be ongoing support)
• Quick turnaround preferred (2 days for the first draft)
