PowerPoint For HomeInTrust

I have a (12-page) 10-Slide Executive Deck that I need to have converted (from Excel or PDF version) into PowerPoint. I leaned presentation skills at GE Capital which used a very proprietary 4-block format, with a lot of material crammed into each slide. If this can be converted to PowerPoint, I would need help attaching a header (with logo) and footer to each page. Animation may be limited, but perhaps activating 'a block section' at a time (or something similar)? Let me know If possible, cost, and timing? THANKS!
