PowerPoint Expert To Re-Design My Presentation

Hello. I have a presentation that I've designed myself, but it looks VERY cheesy. Would love some help making it look more professional. It really needs a design overhaul.

I want to keep the content and order of the slides, but redesign it so its easier on the eye, and overall more effective when shown to potential clients.
