I need an experienced PowerPoint designer who can succinctly illustrate our business strategy. The main goal of the presentation will be to communicate this strategy to the business head of the company, so the deck needs to be clear and easy to follow.

Please share a slide deck with max 8-10 slides covering the below:
1. Selection - how will we identify the right assortment for each store?
- What data sources can we use to identify the selection gap? What data analysis
techniques will you use to generate insights that will improve our selection? How will you
hyperlocalise the assortment for each store?
- How will you rationalise the current selection we have? What are the metrics to consider
and what are the guardrails? How will you evaluate the performance of every SKU we have - and under what conditions will you decide to delist them from our listing?
2. Pricing and promotion
- How will we ensure our pricing is competitive? What data points will you use to measure competitiveness? What will drive the decision of a price increase or decrease?
- How will you measure the effectiveness of your pricing decisions? What are the key metrics to look at?
3. Category growth plan- Pls pick your favourite grocery category. Assume this category is doing X$ per month in revenue. If you are given an objective to do 3X$ in 2 months, how will you approach this? What are different factors you will look at and consider in the plan?
