PowerPoint Deck Reformatting and Restyling

I have a Powerpoint slide deck which is about 9 slides long (including a title slide and Thank You slide). It is not in our current company format and style. I would like it formatting and enhanced to look better and in line with our current style.

I will provide the PowerPoint File as well as an example of our current style in Powerpoint.
