Power point presentation on Effective Leadership for staff level employees

I need a power point presentation to use for staff employees in Audit department on effective leadership. At minimum, it has to: 1) outline qualities of effective leader, 2) show the ways to develop/improve those qualities, 3) motivational for them to want to develop those skills. Power point should not be crowded, and will need to include detailed notes to talk through the slides. Any suggestions are welcomed.
