I would like to check with you with regards to Microsoft power automate. With my little knowledge and a reads from couple of write up found power automate and the bot to be interesting if my understanding was correct.
1) I would like to know how we can automate enquiries recieved by email getting tracked
2) after sales / demo received by email or forms to be tasked.
3) Using Bots for whatsApp ( I guess this is impossible , but would like to clarify it.)
