PPT Template Transfer and Design

I have a proofread PPT presentation that needs to be transferred into a new template I will provide. The new template will be given to you, so there's no need for a redesign or major adjustments. Approx 80 slides many of which are simple title slides
Key Requirements:
- Retain all text content and images/graphics from the original PPT in the new template
- Transfer the content into the new template as is, without any major redesigns
