Thanks for the drafts on the org chart. Instead of having tunnellers report to Giovanni, can we please show them as a pool of resources (Nathaniel and Jin Thai will not report to Giovanni, they are of similar/higher experience). Equally, tunnels/Geotech should be in the same field as ‘lead tunnelling’, with ‘lead tunnelling not being a separate ‘capability’.
