Optimizing power point presentation

I am looking for someone who can assist me with my PowerPoint presentation reducing the slides from 19 to 15 max keeping all info intact.
What I am expecting is, cutting down all the existing texts on slides with excess content and replace them with icons where ever possible.
Should be able to have expert skills in PPT and high-level communication skills to ensure the information is put in the right way. Attached is the current PPT.
