Office Graphic Template Developer Needed

I am in need of a skilled professional who can create office graphic templates (crtx) for Microsoft PowerPoint, MS Word and MS Excel. One template set for all MS Office 365 programs.
The templates I require are specifically for charts and graphs, in order to enhance the visual appeal of my internal company reports.
Ideal skills and experience required for this project include:
- Proficiency in MS Office 365
- Strong understanding of data visualization and graphic design based on our Brand Guidelines
- Prior experience creating templates for internal company reports is a plus, though not mandatory.
