As part of this exciting project, we'll be delving into the realm of nonverbal communication in the professional workplace, with a specific focus on the less talked about negative impacts. Our work will be finely tuned for comprehensibility and relevance to office employees.

Key goals include:
- Analysis of the effects of negative nonverbal communication.
- Identification of barriers in facial expressions, body language, and use of space.
- Development of effective strategies to address and alter these barriers.

This project will require the ability to succinctly convey complex concepts in an easy-to-grasp way, as we will be creating an 8 to 16-slide PowerPoint presentation.

Ideal skills and experience:
- Solid understanding of nonverbal communication aspects.
- Expertise in PowerPoint or similar presentation software.
- Experience in corporate communication or HR.
- Strong research and analytical skills.
- Excellent writer, able to distill complex ideas into simple, digestible content.
- Previous work creating communication focused content for office employees.
